How to connect Hellobox Smart S2 with Android mobile via DVBPlayer
Hellobox Smart S2 can work with DVBFinder and DVBPlayer Android applications. The initial connection is a bit tricky but still easy. To connect DVBPlayer for Android to Hellobox Smart S2, follow these simple steps below with the help of diagrams and videos.
Step 2: Connect the LNB/coaxial/satellite cable to the LNB-IN port on the back of the Hellobox.
Step 3: Open your phone and turn on Bluetooth, Wi-Fi (you can also use LAN), and GPS.
Step 4: Open the Google Play Store app on your phone and search for “DVBPlayer” Or “DVBFinder” Install and Open the DVD player application. Make sure you grant all the permissions it prompts.
Step 6: If DVBPlayer continues to search without seeing any boxes, click the router/connection icon in the upper right corner of the screen.
If you are using the box for the first time, you will also be prompted to update the firmware. Please do the same. You can also do it manually through this app. Although I strongly suggest you do at this point.
